BC Hydro’s Home Renovation Rebate — a partnership between the Province of B.C., BC Hydro and FortisBC — offers a window and door rebate for qualifying homes. Qualifying homes receive $100 per window or door, up to a maximum of $2,000, when units meet Tier 2 efficiency (a U-Factor of 1.22 W/m²·K or less). Greater Victoria homes qualify; the Tier 2 exclusion applies only within the City of Vancouver boundary.
